 Unique in the world , the OVD Saturnian is a watch inspired by the Cassini mission launched in 1997 by NASA.
 It took more than 7 months from its conception to its completion, a perilous but successful journey!
 In the hollow of the dial appears the gas giant Saturn in 3D , surrounded by its disc of ice-white rings and Arabic numerals of the same color, inclined, and more than 1.0 mm thick.
 After absorbing the light, the star radiates a sublime orange-yellow. Covered with a luminous Swiss SuperLuminova coating, the numbers allow the time to be read even in the dark.
 This time is set using a metal and white silicone crown, directly inspired by the shape of the Cassini spacecraft.
 A feat of OVD watch technicians and engineers, the Saturnian is entirely made of sapphire crystal . The manufacture of the case, in particular, considered one of the most difficult in the watch industry, required a lot of time and patience. Long and risky grooving, demanding and complicated waterproofing ... The loss rate during the production process was relatively high, requiring multiple modifications to achieve the perfect product.
 Hand-polished, the dome's sapphire crystal is also coated with three anti-reflective layers guaranteeing its very high transparency.
 This rare watch is equipped with a TPU rubber strap , a soft material that guarantees comfort, is wear-resistant and has a unique translucent effect.
 The Saturnian OVD comes in a beautiful packaging including a mini UV torch and a miniature Saturn.
