NUBEO Skylab Automatic Limited Edition Steel Blue
NUBEO Skylab Steel Blue
Wandering time, in a blue orbit.
The Skylab Steel Blue pays homage to the technical audacity of the Skylab space mission launched by NASA in 1973. Its watchmaking architecture is directly inspired by this pioneering era, when each module, each trajectory, each rotation embodied a vision of the future.
Three-dimensional reading, moving satellite
Three 3D-sculpted satellites orbit the dial, each indicating the hour by pointing to the corresponding minute. The central carousel, powered by a Japanese Miyota automatic movement, offers a fluid, orbital, almost choreographic reading of time. A wandering time complication reinterpreted in a spatial language.
Steel Blue: metallic depth, technical elegance
The case features a subtly iridescent blue steel hue, evoking the reflections of orbital hulls under artificial light. Its minimalist dial contrasts with the complexity of the movement, in an aesthetic that combines precision and mechanical poetry.
Limited edition of 150 pieces
Each Skylab is produced in a limited series, designed as a collector's item. Steel Blue, Rich Mocha, Carbon Silver… each variation embodies a different facet of horological exploration.
The Skylab Steel Blue doesn't just measure time. It puts it into orbit. A mechanical watch that combines innovation, storytelling, and a sculptural presence.
